Events for the Public

SimDeck Birthday Party Packages.

We have a variety of event options available to be booked.

Off Site – Typical race time bookings is a minimum of 2 hours. Race time is usually allocated 5-10 minutes per person. We will require full vehicle access. Please discuss your site access with us.

Delivered Setup and ready to experience 2 hours of race time – $650 (GST Incl) Ideal for stag parties, hens nite, child and adult birthday parties, graduation celebrations, 21sts party and similiar. This booking is designed for private events not available for commercial bookings.

Minimum Party Time is 1 hr booking (Option One) – recommended no more than 6 children or 10 Children for 2 hours.

Catered / Drinks / Racing – $288 (GST Incl)

Option Two – Max 10 Children

Catered / Drinks / Pizza / Racing – $480 (GST Incl)

Option Three – For the Birthday Child

Takeway Race Cake / 30 minutes in the simulator – $145 (GST Incl)

30 minutes of one on one racing and instruction.

Racing Birthday Cake options. These are particularly suited for children.

We are flexible in meeting your requirements.

We offer a non-catered birthday party where you have race time only. Pricing is GST Inclusive.

Children Race Party

Up to including secondary school age.

90 minutes – $210 Ideal for about 6 drivers

120 minutes – $380 Ideal for about 10 drivers

180 minutes – $410 Ideal for about 10-12 drivers extended drive time.

Adults Race Party

90 minutes – $250 Ideal for about 6 drivers

120 minutes – $455 Ideal for about 10 drivers

180 minutes – $490 Ideal for about 10-12 drivers extended drive time.Self Catering

If you wish to run your own BBQ and bring your own food to cook, we have a facility fee of $65 for DYI catering. This is suitable only on fine weather. We supply the BBQ, plastic plates etc gas and furniture in out courtyard. Up to 10 adults and a few more if it is a fine day.

A Guys Day Out

Option A – Booking details

3 Hours duration. Each driver has approx 15 min spread thru the booking time

Prize for fastest driver who is able to beat me on Spa Franchorchamp.

We will give $50 cash if the fastest driver amongst the group throughout the evening is able to beat my time.

3 Hours for the group up to 12 guys (or gals) – Cost $600.

2 Hours at $500. Bonus challenge prize does not apply for 2 hour events.

Payment is based on one group payment and must be made at least 24 hours prior to the event.

Option B – No frills or extras – pure race time only.

3 Hours duration. Extended time can be booked.

Cost – $510 for the group up to 12 guys (or gals) for three hours.

$490 for 6 drivers, 2 hours.

Additional Sim Racing Events.

Here we describe five programmes you can book here at the SimDeck VR Centre for an in-house virtual reality experience. These booked sessions are designed as a one on one event where you will be the focus of attention. Members of the public will not be present as it will be only for you and your companions. Walkin Casual – Advanced bookings strongly recommended, but not mandatory

Duration – 15 minutes

Cost Per 15 minutes – $35 (GST Incl

2 – ”I Wanna Be A Race Car Driver”,

“The Virtual GP Career” Race Training and GP Race – Advanced Booking Required.

Duration 90 minutes. Cost per 90 minute session. $250 (GST Incl)

3 – “Get Us on the Track”,

Special Bonus Event Only for a couple.

Create some high speed romance on the race track. Whatever you do, don’t tell the kids till after your event!

We have discounted this event for the time period indicated.

Cost – $150 (GST Incl)

Duration – 60 minutes

Monday – 5pm – 7.30pm

Wed – 11.30am – 2pm

Friday – 4.30pm – 8pm

Saturday – 3.30pm – 8pm

Sunday 1.30pm – 4pm

4 – “Race Your Date”,

This event is ideal for two people in a relationship (husband / wife, boy / girl friend, two mates) etc where you want to do something special together.

Cost per 60 minute session. $165 (GST Incl)

Duration 60 minutes

Friday – 4.30pm – 9pm

Saturday – 3.30pm – 9pm

Sunday 1.30pm – 4pm

5 – ”Mid Day Racer”Need to get out of the office or clear your head over lunch.

Cost per 30 minute session. $60 (GST Incl)

Duration 30 minutes

Week days only.
